Two universal colors
If you look closely at the color wheel with palettes for cold and warm colorotypes, you will notice that the boundary between them runs along two colors, red and green:
This means that both of these colors are considered borderline shades — colors that, to some extent, suit both warm and cool color types.
Pure red and pure green are quite universal on their own, but it's still best to choose their shades based on your personal color type.
RED
The bright red color will adorn any woman:

Winter is a cold, dark (bright and soft) color type:
